Are you tired of not being able to perform simple daily activities?

Do you wish you could get back some of the energy you had in the past?

Are you concerned about losing your balance?

No matter what your current level of fitness, YOU WILL BENEFIT FROM INCREASING YOUR LEVEL OF ACTIVITY.

Becoming more physically active will increase your range of motion (ROM) allowing you to better perform your daily routine.

Getting out of your favorite chair and starting to move will increase your energy level – a body in motion tends to stay in motion.

Increasing muscle strength will help you move with confidence, and with less fear of falling.

I will be your partner helping you to set realistic goals.  Once your goals have been set, we will work together in a responsible, sane manner to reach your goals.

There are no easy fixes, crash dieting and extreme workouts will provide a rapid BUT NOT LASTING change.

Sensible eating and workouts you LOOK FORWARD TO DOING will provide the same changes, BUT they also provide change you can live with LONG TERM.
